Capacity-building and advocacy workshops funded by the National Skills Fund to discuss the White Paper will commence in August 2016 and run through to January 2017 nationally. The White Paper sets out strategies to improve the capacity of the post-school education and training system and outlines policy directions to guide the DHET and the institutions for which it is responsible to contribute to building a developmental state and a flourishing economy.
