APPETD Profile

Established in 1997, APPETD is the national body representing the interests of private providers of ETD in South Africa. It has come to be recognised as an ethical body that works toward establishing and maintaining the highest standards of education and training throughout the industry.

Formed by APCSA, APDEC, ATP and INPROV, the Association provides several chambers to cater for the diverse interests and needs of its members: face-to-face, distance, training, ABET, Early Childhood Development (ECD) provider institutions.

Membership:

• APPETD has about 600 reputable members nationally who provide the full scope of education and training to over 600 000 students a year. 
• As a member of the representative, national body of private providers, your voice will be heard and your needs will be voiced where it matters.
